Roborock E20 Issue - Vacuums SAME SPOT over and over after 6 months

Purchased E20 Roborock Vacuum in July. Worked great, app set up, wifi connected. For about 1 month, it gets stuck vacuuming the same strip of carpet over and over, almost likes it's glitching. I've recharged, turned off/on, reset wifi, reset facotry settings, cleaned....still does it. And after resetting to factory, it now no longer detects carpet or connects to wifi over 2G. Anyone offer help?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
