S7 Pro Ultra clicking when lifting mop

I have an S7 Pro Ultra which has started making a loud clicking noise when attempting to lift the mop. I've been able to replicate this in manual BIT mode, where the mop test is unable to complete due to this issue. The noise seems to be from the mop lifting gear grinding rather than properly engaging. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
