My S5 don’t save map anymore.
I Have already clear the cache of the app; power off the vacuum (long holding the power button); put the vacuum on the dock and wait for it turned on; open up the app again and turn on the map saving mode.
But the roborock don’t save the map, we cannot see anything happened in the app, only the blue image with de robot, nothing else.
I don’t know what to do anymore and I’m very sad with this situation. Can you help me? I had already sent a messaging throw the app, but nobody answered.
I’m using the Xiaomi Mi Home app, my model (roborock S5) is not supported by roborock app).
