Hi, Lorena, Usually, we don't suggest our customers add anything into the water because the bubble made by chemical substance in cleaner may block the filter and cause no water out. Customers could give it a shot. If all is fine, we think it is OK to add. But if anything wrong on mopping, please clean the tank with water and don't use the cleaner any more.
Some of our users succeed. You could have a try.And you could clean the vent of the water tank and the mopping cloth if cleaning products is unworkable.

Does anyone have any specific recommendations regarding cleaning solutions that they have added with success ?
Thanks

Used "Windex" on a tile floor seemed to work very well with no issues. Just poured it straight in to the tank then drained the leftover solution.
Which type of Windex please? The standard one for glass, or the multi-purpose that can be used for tiles? https://www.windex.com/en-us/solutions/tile/glazed-ceramic-tile
