Can't use Zoned Cleanup or Go command after firmware update (3.5.7_002008)

Can't use Zoned Cleanup or Go command after firmware update (3.5.7_002008)

After installing the latest firmware, 3.5.7_002008, whenever I click on Zoned cleanup I get the message "Updating the map...", then it goes away and doesn't give the zone to move around like it did prior to the update. The same thing happens when I click on Go, the message shows up and no pinpoint appears. The only option that does anything is "Clean". Any suggestions besides resetting the whole unit?

An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. @RR_Support:

    Clearing the cache did the trick. The app looks completely different now.

    @ras1325:

    Please kindly try to recreate a new map:

    1. Map saved mode is enabled, see attached pic.

    2. Robot starts from dock;

    3. Robot goes everywhere on map it detects to clean, not just somewhere. Pls make sure the doors are open for the rooms you want to be displayed on map.

    4. Robot returns to dock(whose position is not moved) by itself and successfully.

    And if the problem still exist, please kindly list all the details to support@roborock.com, and they will give you more solutions about this issue.

    Thank you.
