Error 1 Issue

My S5 has trouble with the scanning laser (Error 1 code). Seems the laser will not spin around all the time and this makes the unit inoperable. I've cleaned it and checked it several times and it will spin and run for a bit then just stop. Any ideas on what I can do short of sending in for repair?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Make sure robot is connected to app and go to robot's setting, click "copy all" and then paste all the text (not picture) in your email. See attached picture"info".

    Could you tell us where did you purchase the product?

    If it was not from amazon, you could send us product link and file or screenshot of receipt.
