Hi Roborock Support Team,

I just bought S5 a couple days ago and seem love it. However, I have two floors in my apartment and realized it doesn't support multi floors at this moment. Could you please confirm S5 will get the update to support multi floors feature? Otherwise I would like to return it and get the latest generation.

For the new feature, you can keep an eye on the app for the firmware updates. If you just purchased it and want to enjoy the multi-floor maps feature, you can return it and get others which support this feature already, like S5 Max, S6, S6 Pure, S6 MaxV.
