T7 Pro outside China

My friend bought me a T7 Pro robot. But I cannot connect it outside of China. Or let me know if there is any way that I can control it? What criteria do you evaluate to have this access?

Hello,

Thank your for your interest on Roborock.

The T7 Pro is a robot with China mainland version, so you can use app to control it only in China mainland (not including Taiwai, Hongkong and Macau).

If you use robot not in China mainland, you need to order robot with international version.

We set this limitation because we have to comply with local country laws. Sorry for that and hope you can

understand and forgive it.

While you still can use the physical button on this robot itself to control it.

The international version for T7 Pro is S6 Max V, now it is available on Amazon us.
