Why does my S4 get trapped by obstacles that aren’t there?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused here.

    The model S4 is mainly designed to work on the hard floor. If working on carpets, there's a chance that it may encounter error 5(roller brush error), error 8(stuck) or strange cleaning pattern.


    Could you tell us where you've purchased the product?

    If it was from Amazon, please send us the Amazon order number like 306-2905359-6881234.

    If it wasn't, Please send us the purchase link(or screen of product listing), invoice, or receipt (file or screenshot) which shows the seller's name, purchase date, and order number.
