Hi

Is there any way to roll back the firmware upgrade? I updated last week and now roborock can't clean out lounge area. It just can't cope with the wool rug which is the centre piece. It treats it like an obstacle, whereas before it would mount the rug. Now it gets trapped between the rug and the furniture.

I fixed it! The problem was a broken spring in one wheel, so it couldn't get up on to the rug. I used pliers and bent a new hook on the end of the spring. Now it's working well. Hopefully the spring holds.
