I have a new wifi router, how do I update the wifi setting on the S6Maxv to connect to the new router ?

I've already  pressed the "partial cleaning button" and "charge button" and have connected to the Roborock wifi - but now how do I update the Roborock with the new username and password for the new router - help pls!

Hello,

To reconnect it to a new wifi network, you need reset wifi first by pressing the spot cleaning button and recharge button.

Then you can re-add it via the APP you use with the new wifi network name and password. You can refer to the instruction below to reconnect it.

Follow the steps on how to update the wifi settings on your Roborock S6 MaxV to connect to your new router:

1. Open the Roborock app.

2. Tap and hold on the robot icon on the main screen.

3. Select "Remove Device."

4. Confirm that you want to remove the device.

5. Press and hold the "Partial Cleaning" and "Charge" buttons on your S6 MaxV for 3 seconds. This will reset the robot's Wi-Fi settings.

6. The robot will now be in Wi-Fi configuration mode. The indicator light will be flashing slowly.

7. Open the Roborock app again and tap "+" to add a new device.

8. Select your S6 MaxV from the list of devices.

9. Enter your new router's Wi-Fi name and password.

10. The robot will connect to your new router.

11. Once the robot is connected, you will see a confirmation message in the app.
