I have some delicate carpets. I turned off carpet more. Is it possible to turn off brush roll? Is it OK to take the brush roll out and use unit like direct suction? Or does Roborock sell a direct suction insert for the S5 Max like the Deebot Ozmos? Thx.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    FYI, Carpet boost mode means device will auto increase suction strength to max when it is on carpet to vacuum stuff better. The brush could recognize carpet by feeling its resistance increased, comparing to hardwood or tile. The suction strength will recover to normal on hard floor when resistance decreases.

    Turn off carpet mode won't disable the brush roll, and there is no way to do so. You can take the brush roll out but the vacuum performance will be affected a lot and there is no such direct suction insert sold.

    Dear Support person,

    S5max damages the delicate hand made carpets, you must return gentle mode plus make it a customize option, plus, the above idea to make brush stop or make it even more gentle is a very good idea. Please consider it! This should be a non-complex software improvement but very important!
