E1 error code and replacement motor

I am getting the E1 code and have done trouble shooting on the motor and it appears to be DEAD! I have only owned this vac since June 2020 less than 3 months! How do I get warranty repair? Or at least get a new LDS Motor in the mail?!?!?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Please watch if Laser head is spinning when you start device. See attached picture.


    If Laser head is not spinning, check if there is anything stuck on it? You could use a pen to move it manually first and start device again to see if it works.


    If problem still exists, please send us a video to show the abnormal behavior. It is suggested to upload the video online like google drive and send us the video link if the video is large. (remember add our address to list to access video)


    Please tell us the device info (model number and serial number) and purchase info.
