I have owned my S4 for 6 months now with no problems till now. For some reason I always get the code that the robot is blocked when it isn't. Now it is moving erratically when cleaning and can not find it way back to it's base. Is there something I can do to fix this behavior?

Thanks for reaching out.

If robot says error 8 stuck issue when nothing around it, try methods below.

1. Remember robot could not be moved by hands, or it will get lost in room and may say error 8.

2. If error only happens in one place frequently, send us picture to show how the place looks like.

3. Turn over robot to check if anything stuck in wheel and use hand to roll 2 wheels to feel if they are too loose or too tense.

4. If water tank is installed, remove it to test if error appears.

Also, use wet cloth to clean the wall sensor and cliff sensors.

Also, you can relocate the dock's position to a more central area of the house to have a try.
