I have an s4 works great, but i try to move it from the 2 nd floor to the 1st floor and after 4 tries it is still lost looking for the layout of the 2 nd floor.

I was expecting it would do the outside walls and setup a second map but it didn't, is there a way to make it remap the other floor.

I want to try it to see if I should replace another brand I have on the 1st floor, but want to make sure it can deal with the pet hair.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Hi John,

    Sorry, the S4 does not support multi-floor maps feature yet; You can move the robot to another floor but it will overwrite the previous map after it finished cleaning.

    FYI, there are some products which support multi-floor maps feature already, including S5 Max, S6, S6 Pure and S6 MaxV.
