Unable to connect to Wifi S4

I have roborock S4, and I am unable to connect to the wifi network.

I have tried all possible options for over 2 hours and continue having the same issue (screenshot below) . Appreciate if you can help.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Which app do you use? Mi Home app or Roborock app?


    Please ensure that the wifi network name and password are correct and no special characters.

    You can reboot the router and the robot to have a try.
