Docking Station Repositioning

Docking Station Repositioning

Once in a while usually when manually moving the Roborock S6, the docking station would move on the map to somewhere else.

Is there a way to reposition it in the right place without deleting the map and letting the vacuum remap the entire house?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

  • Power off the roborock, then power it back on and make it return to dock. You may need to pick it up and place it close to the dock for it to work, then you can verify whether Its location gets updated on the map.

Hi there! And what if it's not working and the position of the docking station isn't changing?

  • Hi, thanks for reaching out.

We don't suggest you move the roborock in the middle of cleaning because that may confuse the robot and increase the chance of false positioning.

If the issue happens, you can try and bring the device back to the dock. Then let the robot start from the dock, and then wait util it's about 1 meter away from the dock, then press the dock button to let the robot go back to dock. Once it's docked, please check if the dock's position is updated or not.

If no, you may need to remap the house :(
