My S4 front wheel has just broken after vacuuming carpet. I had bought this from a seller ONLYE on Amazon uk whose email address is support@roborock.com. The seller has replied saying this is not covered by warranty as it is “cosmetic” damage. I fail to see how a fault rendering the device useless can be classed as cosmetic. The vacuum is being used as intended and is less the 4 months old.

One other forum member has reported this problem.

Roborock please comment and/or assist - this is clearly a part that is defective and should be covered by the warranty.
