Hi eveyone, any one had issues with Roborock S5 max scratching Hardwood floor?! It happens with the mop and without the Mop.Dont know what to do? Brush is clean and everthing is clean under the vaccum. What can cause that? Thanks in advanced.
Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

That's quite strange. All that touches the ground are just brush hair and the rubber wheel.
Could you pls record a video showing the following process and send it to us?
1. Pls check if the main brush cover is well installed. If it is, you'll hear the "click" sound when you install it.
2. Pls check if there's anything stuck in the wheel. You can turn the wheel to have a check.
3. Remove the mopping module.
4. Start the robot to see if it'll leave scratches and send us a video to show the abnormal behavior if it is.
