Hi, I have a two carpets and half meter of laminate floor between them. One carpet is thick and other thin. S5 Max have no problem to go on thin carpet, but have problems to go on thick one. Only on one or two places can go on it (number 1 on picture). So what is happening that S5 Max trying to go in straight line from thin carpet, to laminate floor and than on thick carpet and vice versa for all lenght of carpets. That is preety much frustrating becase S5 Max is every time strugling to go on thick carpet, sometime it can't go at all (number 2 on picture).

So, my suggestion is, as S5 Max allready knows that it is on carpet (can be hear that vacuum power is maximazed) why not to clean that carpet at once? So S5 Max would go on carpet only once or twice, and not 20-30 times. That would for sure reduce possibility to break something when going up to carpet.

Another thing, sometimes logic for cleaning area at not optimised as S5 Max go cleaning in stright lines in short dimension not on long dimension...so have too many times to change direction (numbers 2 and 3 on picture).

Can this be improved?

Please thing about that functionality and logic and if possible correct them in future releases of software.
