New S6 maxV gets hung up on base

My S6 maxV is only 3 days old and twice it has gotten hung up on its base. You can see it here https://photos.app.goo.gl/3jqpVatci6g61mFz5

One time it was when starting and the other time was when going back to base.

Is my new machine or base missing a sensor or something???

  • Looks like the floor is too slick. Try installing the shield that prevents moisture from dropping on the floor. Or, move it to another location just to verify that it works there.

  • Hello,

Use wet cloth to clean all the sensors.

Move the dock's position to have a try. The space for the dock should be no less than 0.5 m wide on the left and right side, and 1.5 m wide in front of it.
