Scheduled cleaning affected by room cleaning

I have an S6 Pure that is up to date on firmware. I have a scheduled cleaning for the entire floor every night at 11 that works great. The problem is if I do a specific room cleaning prior, say 9:00 pm, the room gets cleaned is roughly 20 minutes, then it returns to the dock. The scheduled 11 cleaning then does not take place.

Any suggestions?
