S6 MaxV mopping cloth get wet not evenly

I have noticed that lately mopping cloth of my Roborock S6 MaxV get wet on one (left) side only. It looks like one of vacuum's nozzles is clogged.

Any idea how can I fix it?

  • 1. Wet the mopping cloth before mopping, install it, and start the robot for 10 minutes with the wet cloth to see if the floor is mopped.

    2. Change another mopping cloth.

    3. Make sure there is no detergent in the water because it might block the air-in hole.

    4. Turn the device over, the two small slots under the robot will be found out if you've removed the water tank. Check if there's anything blocked them slightly with a needle. After that, please install the water tank and mopping module (without the mopping cloth) and run the device for around 20 sec. Please check if there're 2 water trails on the ground.

    @PabloCardenas:

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

    Would you please try the following?

    1. Please send us a picture to show the issue.

    2. May I know if the issue occurred from day 1 or just recently?

    3. Would you please tell us if you've replaced mop cloth recently? If yes, please send us the purchase link.

    4. Could you please send us pictures to show both sides of your mop cloth?

    5. Fill the water tank, then run the robot on the highest water level. Please tell us how long a full tank of water can last (by minute).
