Firmware update

I bought my Roborock S5 Max robot vacuum cleaner on 27.11.2020.

I was using my product without any problems until 2 weeks ago.

After installing firmware 01.13.28, the cleaner started to react unexpectedly. It goes to rooms that I didn't choose when doing room-based sweeping. It has trouble finding its dock after the sweeping process is over.

I never had such problems with the previous firmware. I want to revert to the previous firmware.

I'm waiting for your help.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Go to cleaning history and send us a problematic cleanup map, please mark the selected room on the map.


    Does full cleaning and zone cleaning have the same issue?


    Use wet cloth to clean the wall sensor and cliff sensors. Turn over the robot and ensure that there is nothing stuck in the wheels.
