My new E4 i can't get to join my network. I am using 2.4 and it states i am using 5.2. My router does both

Thanks for reaching out. 

The E4 does not support Roborock app, instead, you need use Mi Home app. 

Below is the instruction to connect it.

Note: You need select "Roborock E series" to add it.
