Wrong map location and unable to update

i have a S6 pure. It has been working fine till today. Today during mopping the map showed it was in the dinning room but it was actually in the kitchen and it was doing some weird random motion instead of zigzag motion. Powercycling didn't fix it.

Another issue is it said unable to update firmware even when it was on the dock and the battery was more than 50%.

Any suggestion will be appreciated!

Hi,

for the first issue, please try the method below:

Please let the robot start cleaning from the charging station, let it run for a while so that it's almost 1 meter away from the dock, then click on recharge button to let the robot go back to the dock. When it's docked, pls check if the dock's position is updated.

If that fails to update the location, you may need to delete the map, and start a round of full house cleanup to create a new one.

for the second issue, could you please send us a screenshot to show the error message?
