S5 LDS error continues after replacement with a new LDS sensor

Hi,

I was getting Error 1 on my S5 Roborock recently. Ordered a new LDS sensor unit and replaced it. I was hoping that error 1 would disappear but I still get the same error. How can I get it working again as I do not understand what the problem is even after replacement of LDS sensor?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    1. Could you pls first check if the laser head can spin by itself or not when you start the robot?

    If Laser head is not spinning, could you pls check if there is anything stuck on it? You could use a pen to move it manually first and start device again to see if it works.

    2. If the issue still persists, could you please send us a video to show the abnormal behavior? It is suggested to upload the video online like google drive and send us the video link if the video is large. (remember add our address to list to access video)

    Could you tell us your device's SN?

    Open the cover of the device and take out the dustbin. There's a barcode on the bottom of the device (not on dustbin). The SN is under the barcode like R0201S82418800.

    If the device has already been added to the app, SN could also be checked there. See attached picture "info"
