I have a s7 and bought s7max v also last December and I was really happy with it. it started not to pick hair from the carpets and I tried to reach the customer service. After lots of emails they finally asked my vacuum back for a repair. on the day they received it they sent me another refurbished machine without asking my opinion. When I used it I saw that it has lots problems, it doesn't synchronize with the app , cannot find its dock etc. I wrote the customer service back and could not reach. they blocked my emails. I reached them with a different email adress and they suggested me a refund. I wrote them back and said okay but they blocked me again and cannot reach them, I cannot get any replies. I tried chatting on the website too they dont do anything. They block me or tell me someone was going to reach about the issue but no one does. Now I am with a $675 worth non working machine.. Nobody helps..
