How can I connect my Roborock it shows offline on my app

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

    We suggest you reboot your robot by holding the power button to turn it off first and then hold the same button to turn it back on to see if the device can be back on line automatically.

    If no, we suggest you remove the offline device from your app first, and try reset wifi to reconnect the device.

    My s6 Pure (two weeks old) is now offline. I've reset the wifi AND I've deleted and reinstalled the app. Still offline. Now what? Please help. Wifi light is slowly flashing on the device (thus waiting) but the wifi shows on my iPhone as connected. Still "device offline."
