Roborock S6 MaxV - Error 16 Robot tilted

WT 2440 3 0

I getting a error message from the Robovacuum when it about to start release from the docking station and vacuum. The system keep on prompting robot tilted. move it to level ground and restart. The docking station and vacuum is on a flat surface but I’m still getting the error message. Please advise
