Hi. I bought S6 pure through Amazon last week and today it stops connecting to my app and says device offline. Try to press both button to reset wifi and connect my phone to roborock wifi, but when I tried to connect, it says device offline. Please help ☹️

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

    Before resetting the device, please remove the offline device first. You can hold the icon that shows the offline device, and then there will be an option to remove it.

    Then please reset the device, and try the connection one more time.
