S5 Max App Connection Issue

S5 Max App Connection Issue

Hi,

I have had my S5 Max for about a year and it worked without a problem. However, since the last firmware update it was temperamental connecting to the Roborock App.

Today it now refuses to connect to the Roborock App or the Mi Home App.

Have tried to reset WIFI and also reset to defualt both with the same results. It will sometimes reconnect to the Roborock App but frequently shows as Device Offline even though the device wifi indicator is solid blue.

Now when it does show connected selecting the S5 Max icon in the App causes the App to reset and then stuck in a loop of App crashes and resets.

Occaisonally after a reset of device it will show up and say a firmware update is available but then any update attempt fails with device is upto date even though it shows a firmware update available.

Selecting manual clean works but with nothing showing in the app at any point.

Please help to get S5 Max working via the App again.
