I tried integrating my Q10 S5+ through the Tuya integration in Home Assistant, and it works for basic controls like start/stop and status. Not perfect, but usable.

There’s no native Home Assistant integration for the Q10 S5+ so far, but most users have success by going through Tuya / Smart Life and then linking that to Home Assistant.
If you’re comfortable with YAML or custom components, you might be able to expose additional sensors or controls, depending on what the device reports.
