Anyone else's T7S Plus (Global is S7 Plus i assume) cleaning in a way?

I just got my t7s plus (sweep) yesterday from China and the Narwal J1 (mop) and I've gotta say this T7S+.

I've been trying to get it to map my house but it can't.

  • Runs less than 3 minutes and it stops and stays there
  • Has trouble going back to the auto empty dock
  • Constantly goes up the dock while cleaning and sometimes gets stuck

Customer service is horrible in troubleshooting and can't seem to provide a solution. This is such a stark contrast in experience with the Narwal J1 which ran smoothly and had great CS.

Anyone else's T7S+ behaving like this too?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
