Roborock S50 not switching on at all

Roborock S50 not switching on at all

Initially the vacuum became offline & couldn’t ever be reinstalled on the Mi Home App. Howevr, it continued to function with the onboard buttons & remembering the map & dock. Now it has switched off completely & couldn’t be restarted. Checked the battery voltage by removing the same. It shows 15V. Please help.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    The vacuum is about 28 months old & was brought from Banggood site for home usenin India.

    Hi,

    We apologize for the trouble caused.

    Have you docked the robot manually with the charger to check if it could turn on or not?

    Please check if the dock charger is working or not.

    The indicator light on top of the dock should be solid on without the robot and off with the robot placed on it. See attached picture.

    Kindly double confirm if the cable and the slot of the dock are well connected.

    Please push the cable head into the slot at bottom of the dock very hard. See the video below.
