Hi,

One of the wheels of the S5 max was stuck and the robot was unable to operate. What was possibly causing the problem? Do I have to get the wheel replaced? Where can I buy the wheel replacement in Jakarta? Thank you

Hi, thanks for reaching out.

1) Please check if there's anything stuck in the wheel. You can press the wheels to see if they can depress and rebound freely and turn them to see if they can rotate freely. 

2) If the wheel is hard to turn, and nothing is stuck inside, you can also try the following:

please try the method below:

1. Put the device on the ground, push it aggressively forward&backward for around 10 sec (like using an eraser). You can push it with some force like in the video below:

2. When you feel there's less resistance in the wheels, start cleaning again to see if it works.

Notice:

Manually pushing the device would cause an overheat of the motor. If the resistance is still high after erasing the wheel for 10 seconds, please wait for a while until the motor cools down, and then try it again.
