Error 3 will not stay charging

Anyone else have the issue i am having that started today after an update? the s7 will return to the base say charging then 1 min later back off then return say charging repeat this 3 times stay off the dock say error 3 clean the charge pads. I have cleaned the pads and even tried the spare base that came with the unit and it still does not charge any help would be great. it is only 2 months old thanks

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Hi, that seems quite strange. Would you please send us a short video to show the issue?

    Please double check if there's anything stuck in the 2 main wheels. You can press the wheels to see if they can depress and rebound freely and turn them to see if they can rotate freely.
