Hello I noticed that the device goes offline after a while when the wall charger is not receiving power. Why that? It should stay connected to WiFi as long as its battery is not discharged! We should be able to decide when to charge or not the battery by plugging in the wall charger, and the robot should stay connected to WiFi until the battery is discharged! Is it intended for the robot to turn off after a while if the wall charger is not powered, or is this a firmware or app bug?

Usually, we suggest customers put the device on dock all the time if it is used every week.

1. After the battery gets fully charged, only the mother board of the device will be charged. The battery won't be over-charged, and that won't decrease the battery's lifespan.

2. It doesn't cost much electricity even if it is put on dock for a long time.

3. The device will turn off automatically if it's not operated within 24 hours and not on dock. That's an intentional design to save battery. Then the device will become offline. That means you need to manually hold the power button to turn on it, which is not convenient if it is often used.
