possition of the voltage in roborock s7 base

Hi, I would like to know about the charging base which is the positive pin and which is the negative one, to be able to charge the robot manually, while I get a replacement base since it will take time and I want to charge it in the meantime.

And the voltage its 20v?

The robot is a roborock s7. Thanks.

  • HI, thanks for your reaching out.

By charging it manually, do you mean you'd like to supply some voltage directly to the robot to charge it? If that's the case, we don't suggest you do that because that may cause damage to the robot... :(
