Does Auto Empty Dock work with 3rd party bags?

I received an auto empty dock as a gift from a friend and both the bags that came with it accidentally got thrown out. Ever since I bought new bags from a third party shop off of Amazon, it keeps giving me error messages, not emptying, and saying it’s jammed. Should I spring for the Roborock brand or should I accept that the dock is bricked?

  • Hi, thanks for reaching out.

The third part bag may not be compatible with the dock. You may need to order the original bag.

Besides, you can also check the following:

    1) Turn over the base of the robot, then please check if the air duct is blocked or not. See attached picture.

    2) Please check if the dust inlet is blocked or not. See the attached picture "dust inlet".
