remote control in error state?

Sometimes my s5max gets stuck on a chair leg and leads to the wheels being suspended. if I'm there, its fine to move it and resume cleaning. However, if I'm not, previously I could use the remote control and move it around remotely until it was unstuck. Now, I can no longer do that. Does anyone else have a solution to get it unstuck remotely without using no go zones or invisible walls? I'm already out of those on my map.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    If you try to get it unstuck via remote-control in error state, what will happen? I just tried on our side, the remote control can still work when the device gives error 3. May I know if there's any message coming when you try to use remote control in error state?

    no new error message. It doesn’t move unless the error message goes away (picked up and moved)

    Could you please send us a screenrecording to show what will happen? It's a bit strange that when we tested on our side with error 3, the remote control feature can work even in error state.
