@RR_Support thanks for your response. I tested many versions and discovered that until 2.3.46 it works. Then I seen 2.4.16 does not work, and all the versions bigger than that. Do you know what changed between these versions?

There may be some difference in UI, but for the basic features, they're almost the same.
May I know if you've rooted your phone? We've received similar feedback, and it turns out that there's some compatiibility between some rooted systems and the latest version app.
