I have an S7, it is working great however the 'width' of the wet mop trail isn't the full width of the mop head. I do wet it completely before the run, seems it gets dry on the ends and never gets enough water... tank is filled of course. Is there some setting to make it 'wetter'

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Would you please try the following?

    1. Please send us a picture to show the issue.

    2. May I know if the issue occurred from day 1 or just recently?

    3. Would you please tell us if you've replaced mop cloth recently? If yes, please send us the purchase link. 

    4. Please wet the mop cloth before using and set the the robot on the highest water level and try again. 

    5. Fill the water tank, then run the robot on the highest water level. Please tell us how long a full tank of water can last (by minute).
