Error internal kurde reboot système

Hello,

I have a problem. when I launch a cleaning with or without the application it starts started and immediately it stops and it says error internal kurdish reboot the system.
if we do a cleaning recovery and not a cleaning launch it works.
I did a factory reboot but that didn't change anything. both wheels have been changed.
Can you help me please

    Do you have a specific internal error code like error 106 or something like that?

    May I know which model you're using?
