Roborock S7+ mop only wet in the middle.

Hello

So I just got my Roborock S7+ yesterday and I'm really disappointed in mopping function. The mop is only wet in the center portion of the mop. I looked inside and I see that there is only 1 drip in the middle, so the mop is never wet on the sides which really seems to be a bad design. In this design, the robot only wets center portion of the run, with visible dry sides of the floor. Am I missing something ?

We're sorry for the inconvenience you've been through.

Please make sure the mop cloth is saturated before using and set the robot on the highest scrub intensity level and try again.

If you are not using the dock then you must manually wet the mop pad. The dock would normally do that for you.
