Roborock s5 max main brush doesn't spin on carpet.

Roborock s5 max main brush doesn't spin on carpet.

While cleaning the carpet the main brush spins for maybe 3 seconds and stops so it's not cleaning the carpet very well. I've taken the brush out a couple times and cleaned it completely and it doesn't help.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.     Hello, thanks for reaching out.

    There is a protect system in the robot to avoid internal system damage.

    When the brush faces high friction like on a carpet for a certain period, the brush will stop running to protect the robot. 

    But the pause is temporary and the brush will resume running. The process will be in circle if the brush keeps facing high friction. Besides, the suction strength will increase to max automatically when the robot reaches the carpet if you have enabled the carpet mode.
