I bought my parents a Q7 for Xmas working great for two weeks then it will not dock anymore when it goes to dock it's just bounce out of the dock trying a couple of times and just goes around the room and just stops in the middle of the room

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
