I bought this in November 22, haven’t used it much, today after cleaning half of the rooms it went back to charge and since then I keep getting an error that it is not charging. When I go to check, it’s off of the docking station. I have tried cleaning the sensors with damp cloth and alcohol wipes. I have s as Lao tried unplugging and re plugging the station. The light does turn off of the dock when the Roborock is docked. What else can I do, I am getting extremely frustrated
