ultra max 7 not emptying bin with roller properly installed

Can't figure this problem out. Robot does a good job of cleaning/mopping but it will not automatically empty the dirt bin. The four tabs on the roller are not showing and appears properly installed. Channel to bag is clear. Machine is clear of debris so no blockages.Waste bag is not full. It occasionally will empty but most of the time I have to manually empty the bin. Any suggestions?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    same problem and have went through all checks.. roller cover is installed properly too.
