I've read several threads here with no answers from RoboRock that solve the issue. The roller cover is installed properly, the dock vacuum is running but it appears to NOT be removing the dust out of the robot. I've changed bags, checked the pathway, can't see or find any clogs.
Anything else I can do to troubleshoot? Is there a way to run the vacuum part without the robot to validate its suction is working properly?
